This service is ONLY for previous clients. This is ONLY a touchup and not the original service. Numbing Cream Applied Minimal Pain PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! *Important* BEFORE APPOINTMENT: - DO NOT consume alcohol, caffeine products, take painkillers or any blood thinners (aspirin, ibuprofen, niacin) 48 hours before your procedure, this will cause bleeding and may affect your results. - No Retin A skincare products - Cosmetic botox or fillers should be done 3 weeks prior or 2 weeks after. - MUST NOT wax, thread, and or tint brows 1 week prior - MUST NOT complete facials and or chemical peels 1 week prior APPOINTMENT DAY: - No guest allowed - Mask Required - No makeup, freshly clean face before appointment is required - 3 hour session - Brows will be cleaned and mapped with quality products DEPOSIT POLICY - Deposit is non refundable - Appointment can only be rescheduled within a 48 hour notice - Cancellations without proper notice will result in lost deposit LATE POLICY - Must notify me if running more than 5 mins late. - Grace period is 10 minutes - More than 15 minutes late may result in automatic cancellation & lost deposit if I have consecutive clients.
Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy Appointments can be made via Booking website, or by phone. A non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferable within a 23 hour notice Cancellations must be made at least 23 hours in advance to avoid lost deposit Cancellations made within 23 hours or less prior to appointment time will be charged 50% of the remaining balance No-shows will result in an automatic forfeiture of the deposit and will be charged 50% of the remaining balance
